Our passion is to help children, families, and adults who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or relational challenges find hope and healing, which will increase their positive sense of self and improve their emotional well-being. We are a diverse team of clinicians trained to help people of all ages deal with a myriad of mental and behavioral concerns. with a particular focus in the management of trauma. Our clinicians are trained in a wide variety of evidence-based modalities and frameworks including gender-affirming care, EMDR, Brainspotting, CPT, WET, IFS, DBT, Play therapy, narrative therapy, expressive arts, PCIT and CPP. We work with individuals, family work and work with couples. With nearly half of our clinicians biligual, we strive to be accessible to the Latinx community.
