I am an individual adult therapist based in Derry and Limavady, offering both in-person sessions and online therapy via Zoom.My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to meet the unique needs of each client. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate somatic approaches into my work. I am currently in the second year of a three-year Somatic Experiencing training programme.I specialise in working with addiction and trauma, with particular experience supporting clients affected by attachment wounds and sexual trauma. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and move towards healing and lasting change.
