I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 11 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and build healthier relationships. My practice focuses on relationship counseling, couples therapy, family conflict, trauma recovery, anger management, anxiety, life transitions, and adult family estrangement. I work with clients who want practical tools, deeper insight, and lasting change in the areas that matter most to them. My clinical approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, family systems perspectives, and trauma-informed interventions, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I help clients identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and create more secure and satisfying relationships. Whether someone is working through relationship difficulties, recovering from trauma, managing anger, or navigating a significant life transition, my goal is to provide a supportive and structured environment where meaningful change can occur. I provide telehealth therapy throughout North Carolina and offer faith-sensitive counseling upon request.
