Clinical bio
Have you received messages in life that you're "too much" in some way? Too loud, too emotional, too large, too opinionated. The list goes on and on. I work with adults in NC who have been told they're "too much", which can often come along with feeling like you're not quite enough in many areas of life. These messages may have come from family, friends, bosses, partners, or even from religion. And the impacts can show up in so many parts of life. My specialties include: Supporting those who are navigating faith deconstruction or who have experienced spiritual abuse, religious trauma, or other religious harm. Working with body image concerns and body disconnection from a weight-inclusive lens. Providing neurodivergent-affirming ADHD/Autism assessments for adults and counseling services for late-identified neurodivergent women. I also frequently work with concerns related to anxiety, grief, and various life transitions.
