I provide individual counseling for adults of all ages (18+). I support people who have experienced trauma and/or are a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, which means I often work with people who are neurodivergent and/or experience dissociation as well. I celebrate all queer, trans, gender expansive, plural, and neurodivergent identities, and I am poly/ethical non-monogamy-affirming and anti-racist. I am trained in EMDR therapy to help you move through trauma and stuck negative beliefs. I also add in parts work, somatic (body-based) exploration, a systems perspective, an attachment lens, and/or mindfulness or centering practices, depending on what works best for you. We collaborate to find how we can work together to support you in living more fully as your unique and vibrant self!
