I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University. I specialize and have found my niche in working with OCD, perinatal mental health, anxiety, ADHD, and women and girls navigating life transitions and relationships. These are areas where I've invested deeply in training, clinical hours, and ongoing education. I'm trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT). I also draw heavily on neuroscience — because understanding what's actually happening in your nervous system makes the work feel less abstract and more actionable. Treatment here is tailored to you specifically, not applied from a template. I started The Cottage to build something that felt different. A practice where the clinical expertise is non-negotiable and the connection is deeply human.
