Clinical bio

Have you spent so much time taking care of everyone else, meeting expectations, or trying to be who you're "supposed" to be that you've lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way? Many of the clients I work with appear to have it together on the outside while quietly struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, body image concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling like they're never quite enough. They're often exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, and carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for change, and create space for you to show up as your full self—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. You don't have to keep carrying it all on your own. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you create a life that feels more connected, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
