Therapy Isn't as scary as you might think.

Arden, North Carolina · Telehealth · In-person

Clinical bio

Whether you have tried therapy before or if this is your first experience, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, build effective coping tools, and create meaningful changes that support lasting growth. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, empowered, and confident moving forward. When I’m not working I enjoy reading, playing hockey, and spending time with my wife and 13 year old puppy. I was born and raised in NY, but have called Asheville my home for the past 13 years ( if you need pizza or bagel recommendations let me know)!
