Clinical bio
Many clients who find their way to me often feel discouraged, uncertain about their direction, and unsure whether therapy is right for them. By establishing a consistent routine and setting clear goals at the start of each session, both my clients and I stay focused, maximize our limited time together, and create a predictable, supportive environment for meaningful work. I work with preteens, teenagers, and young adults navigating anxiety, interpersonal challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions, providing a supportive space to explore their emotions, build insight, and develop practical strategies for lasting growth. I use Expressive Arts, ACT, IFS, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients express emotions, understand themselves, work through challenges, and build practical, strengths-based solutions. I also incorporate humor to create a supportive, approachable space where clients can grow, gain insight, and move toward meaningful goals at their own pace, together.
