You are sick of feeling the guilt, frustration, and a constant need to “fix” yourself. You’re tired of yo-yo dieting and hating yourself. You want the guilt and shame to go away so you can feel normal. You feel like you gain weight just by looking at food. You crave sugar all the time. It seems like others don’t experience this struggle like you do. You don't feel in control of your emotions or your body. Work and home responsibilities make things seem even harder to control. Life feels like a vicious cycle you can’t escape from. This cycle is exhausting and you are ready for a change. Society is filled with negativity and stereotypes. You deserve a helping hand from someone who’s been there and gets YOU. Someone who understands and validates how HARD it can be to deal with the constant stress of hormones and their impacts on our lives; someone who advocates for you to be the best damn version of yourself.
