Clinical bio

We will be a good fit if you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, supportive, and collaborative, yet not afraid to gently challenge you as needed. I believe therapy is a space for deep reflection, emotional processing, and real change. My approach is always judgment-free, empathy-forward, and client-focused. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to help you explore, heal, and grow. My therapeutic approach is process- and emotion-focused, and I draw from Brainspotting, IFS, ACT, and CBT. I also incorporate Sandtray Therapy and creative interventions, especially when working with teens. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are navigating people-pleasing tendencies, confidence struggles, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and more. If you are looking to better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, or develop coping and communication skills, I can help. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe to be your true self. My goal is to help you explore different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion while also providing guidance and insight. If you're ready to start this journey, I’d love to support you.
