I specialize exclusively in couples therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I work with couples experiencing communication challenges, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust injuries, infidelity, and premarital concerns, etc. I also offer Couples Intensives, which can be especially beneficial for couples experiencing a higher level of distress who would benefit from a focused jumpstart before transitioning into ongoing therapy. My work centers on helping couples understand and change the patterns that keep them stuck while strengthening emotional connection, trust, and security.
