Clinical bio
My practice is grounded in helping individuals develop a stronger and healthier sense of self, strengthen problem-solving abilities, build independence, and feel more confident and in control of their lives. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where meaningful and lasting change can take place. I have 16 years of experience as a counselor. I work with numerous concerns including ADD, Anxiety, College/Career Decisions, Depression, Distorted Self-Image, Emetophobia, Life Transitions, Men's Issues, OCD, Trauma (including EMDR work), and Women's Issues. I am able to incorporate one's faith into treatment and offering counseling from a Christian perspective to those who desire this.
