Clinical bio
As a licensed clinical psychologist, my approach is warm and grounded in evidence-based care. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, sleep difficulties, and chronic pain. I have a particular interest in panic disorder. We’ll work together to find an approach that feels both effective and manageable for you. I am trauma-informed, kink- and poly-aware, and gender-affirming. Our work may draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as trauma-focused therapies such as CPT and PE. We may also incorporate exposure-based strategies, like ERP, or tools to improve sleep, like CBT-I. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and develop practical strategies you can carry into everyday life. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
