Hello, I’m Malika! I am a licensed therapist (LPC) and I offer online therapy appointments to teens and adults throughout the state of PA. I currently have immediate afternoon and evening availability. I operate from a relational, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to explore the deeper “roots” of what keeps a person stuck, unhappy, and isolated. Starting therapy can be an overwhelming process and I strive to create a safe space for my clients to show up and be completely themselves, free from judgement. I enjoy working with the parts that often feel too “messy” to show in our daily lives and maybe feel too scary to examine within ourselves. Those parts are what make you who you are and they deserve the space to come to the surface and share their truth. If you need a place to talk about life stressors/anxiety, past trauma, family conflict, or you’ve always felt like you’re wearing a mask in life, reach out.
