Clinical bio

Hi there, I’m Sarah! I'm a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, perfectionism, and life stressors. If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or pulled in too many directions, you don’t have to handle it alone. Life can feel chaotic when anxiety is high, mood feels unpredictable, or past experiences continue to show up in the present. I provide a supportive, safe, and affirming space where you can slow down, unpack what you’ve been carrying, and express yourself openly — without judgment and with genuine empathy. I work with individuals aged 17 and older who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, trauma/PTSD, addiction, life transitions, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. My approach to therapy is eclectic and holistic, meaning I tailor treatment to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Together, let's create a healthy, balanced lifestyle for you to be proud to lead with professionally tailored coping skills, better communication skills, the ability to set boundaries, and take back your life! If you’re ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I invite you to reach out and see how we can work together to achieve your goals!
