Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: reaching out takes courage, and you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD/trauma, and caregiver burnout. But beyond credentials, I'm someone who genuinely believes that every person deserves a space that feels safe, affirming, and completely their own. My approach is person-centered at its core, meaning you lead and I follow your pace. I bring an understanding of how culture, systems, and life circumstances shape who we are and what we carry.
