You’ve been “playing tag” with safety and security in relationships and you’re tired of always being “it”. Your 20’s may feel defeating, isolating, and nothing like the movies. You feel as if nothing ever feels right, like there is always doubt in an otherwise clear picture. The relationships in your life—those with yourself and others—aren’t getting the attention they deserve, and you don’t know how to fix that. But you are in control of your own destiny. With compassion and encouragement, we can set your sights on your dream life and begin working towards it together. I can help you find reassurance & validation within yourself instead of others & form relationships that feel fulfilling & safe. We can works to take back control from your negative & irrational thoughts & let go of unrealistic expectations placed on you by yourself & others. Its time to break free of your perfectionist ideals & develop realistic boundaries. I create safety and build rapport by showing up each session as the most authentic version of myself. I hope to create an environment you are excited to return to, one that brings calmness to your otherwise overwhelming life.
