My name is Taylor, and I have almost 4 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, autism, ADHD, and behavioral issues. I utilize an individualized approach for each person. We all approach our lives in different ways, so I will tailor my approach to your individual needs. This will include approaches taken from various therapeutic approaches such as, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, person-centered, and others. It is important to practice the things you learn in sessions in your daily life. This may not come easy at first, but over time you will begin to see improvements. The good news is by reading this, you are taking the first step! As your therapist, I want to meet your needs and personalize therapy to work toward the goals that we set together. To optimally meet your needs, I would ask that you regularly give feedback to me based on what you feel like is going well and areas you would like to improve!
