I am a dual-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a decade of primary care and virtual urgent care experience. Through Renewed Axis Telehealth, I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults, working closely alongside the therapists my patients already trust. My approach is collaborative and practical. I manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD regularly, and I have a special interest in the intersection of weight management and mood, including GLP-1 treatment. My medication visits are informed by motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral strategies, so treatment plans fit the person, not just the diagnosis. Referring clinicians can expect prompt communication, warm handoffs in both directions, and updates as their clients establish care.
