Clinical bio

Hi, I’m Aisha Yesher-El, LCMHC-QS, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in North Carolina. I provide warm, collaborative, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as CBT, REBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care while recognizing that healing is about more than simply reducing symptoms. I enjoy helping clients understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves, establish healthier boundaries, and create lives that feel more aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling. I especially enjoy working with caregivers, professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, parents, the “strong friend,” and individuals who are accustomed to showing up for everyone else but are ready to create more space for themselves. In addition to providing therapy, I am a Qualified Supervisor in the state of North Carolina and support developing clinicians through supervision, professional growth, and clinical skill development.
