I bring extensive experience working with college students and those who are survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My therapeutic style is compassionate, empowering, and infused with a touch of humor to help ease even the toughest conversations. I work with individuals across all walks of life, and I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or trauma.
