I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families experience healing, restoration, and lasting change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating Family Systems Theory, attachment, neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, somatic interventions, and Christian faith for clients who desire spiritual integration. I specialize in trauma, grief, relationship concerns, relational identity, anxiety, life transitions, and family conflict. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to develop healthier relationships, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward wholeness.
