Hi! I’m Amie Hopper and I am excited to meet you. You have taken a huge first step of vulnerability by deciding to find a therapist. Life can be hard and overwhelming to navigate alone and I am here to walk alongside you in your journey. My commitment to you is to maintain an empathetic, safe and confidential relationship to help you heal and grow into the best version of yourself. My therapeutic approach is highly collaborative, as I believe you are the best expert on you. I take a person-centered approach, individualizing therapy to fit each person’s unique needs. I offer virtual sessions in NC and SC. I am a dually licensed therapist as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010 and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling in 2013 and am a wife and mom of 3. I have over ten years of experience.
