Mental Health Therapist for Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, & Families

Wilmington, NC · Telehealth · In-person

Clinical bio

For individual therapy, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults that are navigating various issues, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ challenges, OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ODD, rejection sensitivity, stress management, C-PTSD, life changes, grief and loss, intellectual and developmental disabilities, self-esteem, peer pressure, bullying, and more. For family work, I enjoy working with families of young individuals and their guardians to identify family patterns, improve communication skills, behavior modification, parent training, and processing life transitions. I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy, resulting in a differentiated treatment plan for each client. I pull from traditionally holistic-approaches, including but not limited to trauma-focused, attachment-based, strengths-based, and emotions-focused, while also incorporating aspects of play-therapy, IFS, CPT, TF-CBT, and other modalities as necessary.
