Helping people heal, grow, and navigate life with clarity and compassion.

Clinical bio

I’m a trauma‑informed therapist and educator who helps individuals navigate life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that no longer serve them. My work centers on creating emotionally safe spaces where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their values. With a background in clinical documentation and mental‑health education, I blend practical tools with compassionate support to help people build self‑awareness, regulate emotions, and move toward meaningful change. As a trauma‑informed therapist, I specialize in helping clients understand their emotional patterns, confront impulsive or reactive behaviors, and develop healthier ways of coping. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach integrates CBT, grounding techniques, and values‑based exploration to help individuals navigate uncertainty, strengthen emotional regulation, and build confidence during life transitions. I’m a therapist who values authenticity, emotional safety, and collaborative growth. My work focuses on supporting clients through life transitions, trauma responses, and the challenges of emotional regulation. I help individuals identify what’s happening beneath the surface, understand their internal cues, and develop tools that promote stability and resilience. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they learn to trust themselves, honor their needs, and create lives rooted in clarity and intention.
