Clinical bio

Bianca works with adults and teens with a variety of needs including trauma, anxiety, depression and more. She has worked extensively with women who are struggling to “manage it all” and balance work, family and self. Bianca works often with couples, families in a state of transition, parents who need guidance and tools to manage shifts in parenting needs and those who are restructuring their family systems or looking for a new way to function. Bianca has extensive experience with trauma and how it impacts people throughout the course of their lives. She has created and runs a women’s empowerment program and women’s retreats. In therapy, Bianca combines IFS theory and Solution Focused methodologies with an intergenerational framework to get to the root cause of the issues quickly and effectively.
