Clinical bio
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I use a direct, supportive, and collaborative approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
