I work with high-functioning women who feel overextended, disconnected from their needs, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. I offer counseling and life coaching to support women through life challenges and transitions. My focus includes stress management, anxiety, depression, burnout, motivation, relationships, life transitions, self-betrayal, self-esteem, confidence, and personal and career growth.
