Less noise. More connection. A life that feels like yours.

Clinical bio

Modern life can be relentless. We are often expected to keep moving, keep achieving, and keep everything together, even when we feel exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of who we are beneath it all. Reaching out for therapy when things become unmanageable is not a weakness, it can be a bold and meaningful first step toward living differently. I work with individuals and relationships navigating anxiety, depression, identity, existential questions, career and life transitions, relationship challenges, and the many ways modern life can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is both about being and doing: slowing down enough to notice what is happening within us, making space to actually feel it, understanding the patterns that shape our lives, and then taking meaningful action toward what matters. From the beginning, I strive to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we can make sense of what has brought you here, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and cultivate new ways of relating to yourself and others. Rather than simply trying to eliminate uncomfortable thoughts or feelings, we work toward developing greater openness, flexibility, and connection even when life remains complicated. Ultimately, therapy is about more than feeling better in the moment. It is about becoming more deeply connected to yourself, your values, your relationships, and the larger web of life of which you are a part. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can step out of the noise for a while, get curious about the life you are actually living, and begin creating one that feels more authentic, meaningful, and sustainable.
