Clinical bio

I am a seasoned clinician dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality, and collaborative care to adult individuals and couples. My practice is primarily focused on supporting adult clients navigating depression, anger, anxiety, grief, trauma, and work-related stress, as well as helping couples build healthier, more resilient relationships. In my work, I use both insight-oriented therapy and trauma-informed therapy to help clients safely uncover the root causes of their struggles, deepen their self-understanding, and build lasting confidence. I approach therapy as a truly collaborative, client-centered process where individuals feel safe, seen, and understood. I believe every person brings their own strengths, values, and life experiences to therapy. My approach focuses on building on those strengths while taking the time to understand and respect each client's unique background, culture, and perspective. I value building strong, collaborative relationships with fellow providers in the community. If you have a client or couple who you feel would benefit from an insight-oriented, trauma-focused, and practical approach to healing, please feel free to reach out. I would be glad to connect and discuss how I can best support your referrals.
