Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who believes that therapy should feel like a safe, genuine space where you can show up as you are without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have everything figured out. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply tired of trying to hold everything together. I support clients through relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and those seasons when you know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure where to begin. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I want to understand your story, what matters most to you, and the experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, build on your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more confident and grounded in your everyday life. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. I believe it’s about creating the space to understand yourself with greater kindness and curiosity. When we feel safe enough to be honest and truly seen, meaningful growth can happen. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you there and support you along the way.
