Where vulnerability meets connection: helping you find your way forward.

Charlotte, NC · Telehealth · In-person

Clinical bio

I walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate communication roadblocks, painful relational cycles, anxiety, depression, pre-marital preparation, and major life transitions. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR—and as a leader of the Beyond Betrayal group for women—I help clients gently explore their internal emotional worlds to see how family dynamics and past traumatic experiences impact them on the deepest level. My primary goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can lean into vulnerability. I believe that learning to safely access this vulnerability within yourself is the key to living authentically and translating that openness into healthier, more secure relationships. Whether you are facing external relationship distress or feeling disconnected within yourself, we will work together to de-escalate repetitive patterns, uncover unmet attachment needs, and transform conflict into lasting healing, resilience, and meaningful connection.
