With more than a decade of experience in addiction counseling, I am passionate about helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and lasting recovery. As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), I have worked across a wide range of treatment settings and have extensive experience assessing, treating, and supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. My clinical approach is person-centered, evidence-based, and holistic. I work collaboratively with each client to identify the underlying factors contributing to substance use, recognize personal triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and build a recovery plan that aligns with their individual goals and values. I believe that recovery looks different for everyone, and treatment should be tailored to meet each person's unique needs.
