I have over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and am currently training to become a psychoanalyst. Together, we will explore how early experiences in your life have influenced your present-day life and relationships. We will work collaboratively to understand your movement and experience in the world, and begin by making what may feel unsayable sayable. My patients struggle with shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with unresolved trauma. I have a special interest in working with gifted teens and their families, as well as parenting and women's issues, including fertility challenges and navigating mood shifts during pregnancy and postpartum.
