Clinical bio

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults. I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, or executive functioning challenges. I come with a nurturing yet directive style that makes the therapeutic space approachable and safe. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral and relational techniques when tailoring my approach to each client. I provide a warm and empathic space for clients, and strive to meet the unique needs of each individual. A large part of my work also includes providing parent training/coaching as an additional way to help support the child and family. I find it important to set therapeutic goals at the onset and continually assess and adjust as needed. Therapy is a collaborative process and while I use my clinical judgment to provide the right type of support, I know adjustments are necessary.
