Clinical bio

I provide trauma-informed therapy for women and individuals who are working through the impact of relational, spiritual, and systemic trauma. My approach honors the fact that trauma is more than just something that happens to us, but rather something that can shape our sense of identity, belonging, safety, and connection. I support clients in exploring these experiences, reconnecting with themselves, and developing a deeper understanding of their needs, values, and identities. I believe healing happens in relationship, with ourselves, with others, and with the systems and communities in which we exist. As a queer and neurodivergent human, I hope to create a space that is affirming of all identities and allows clients to explore who they are without having to minimize, explain, or separate themselves from their lived experiences. I also support helping professionals navigating the emotional demands of their work. I am very passionate about working with compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout. As a former educator, I have a personal understanding of the challenge of maintaining a sense of self while also caring for others. If you allow me to walk alongside you on your journey, my hope is that together we can make space for healing, insight, and a more authentic way of moving through the workd.
