Clinical bio
I'm Jodie, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) passionate about supporting teens (13+) & adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and difficult relationships. I have a particular heart for individuals who have spent years in survival mode, carrying the weight of their experiences while feeling unseen, unsupported, or misunderstood. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you can process difficult emotions, explore your experiences, and begin making meaningful changes. I draw from therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Reality Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. I also offer EMDR upon request to help process trauma and distressing experiences. Together, we can work toward healing, healthier boundaries, greater self-understanding, and a stronger sense of empowerment.
