Supporting those who feel like they carry it all alone
Davidson, NC · Telehealth
Clinical bio
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, stuck in self-doubt, or caught in patterns that keep showing up in relationships, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help clients calm their nervous system, understand what’s driving their reactions, and build practical skills that create real change—at work, at home, and in how you feel day-to-day. My approach is warm, direct, and skills-based. I integrate DBT, mindfulness, IFS/parts work, and trauma-informed therapy to support emotion regulation, boundaries, and more secure connection with yourself and others. I work with teens and adults across North Carolina through telehealth. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, healthcare/education workers, and people who are tired of “powering through.” I also support clients navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, and recovery from difficult past experiences. We’ll start by clarifying what’s bringing you in and what “better” looks like. From there, sessions blend conversation, skill-building, and practice. I’ll help you track patterns, understand triggers, and build concrete strategies you can use between sessions. Progress is measured by real-life change—how you cope, communicate, and feel in your daily life.
