I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who uses a warm, solution-focused approach to support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and women’s mental health issues. I am especially passionate about helping women rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with themselves during difficult seasons of life. I create a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged as they work toward healing and lasting change.
