Helping you turn insight into action and challenges into growth

Clinical bio

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with five years of experience supporting adults in community settings. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults (65+), focusing on anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationships. Throughout my career I have developed particular expertise in life transitions, boundary and relationship challenges, and executive functioning — including goal setting, organization, emotional regulation, impulse control, and task planning. I also hold a specialty certification in financial stress management, recognizing how deeply our financial lives can affect our mental health and overall wellbeing. My work is grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I start by building a trusting, collaborative relationship — taking time to understand your reasons for seeking therapy and what a positive future looks like for you. Together, we establish treatment goals that are personally meaningful, realistic given your life context and support system, and focused on the life you want to build rather than simply the absence of symptoms. A core part of my approach is identifying and building on your existing strengths, skills, and capacities, because the tools for change are often already within you. In our first session, I will focus on getting to know you — your story, what has brought you to therapy, and what you are hoping to experience on the other side of it. This is a space free of judgment where you can show up exactly as you are. We will begin to explore your goals and start laying the foundation for a treatment plan built around what matters most to you. My aim is for you to leave feeling genuinely heard and with a clearer sense of the path forward together.
