Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Whether you are wanting to strengthen your relationship, preparing to welcome a new baby, adjusting to postpartum life, navigating a major life transition, or struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, or parenting challenges, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and practical support. I work with adults, couples, families, teens, and children ages 8 and up. I specialize in offering support with relationships and family conflict, life transitions, anxiety, and pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I use a holistic approach that draws from evidence-based methods, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to help you build resilience and create lasting change. Because each person and family has a unique story, my approach is tailored to your individual needs.
