Clinical bio
I would love to assist you in regaining a position of power over your life. The key to effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic alliance between therapist and client, based on trust and acceptance. I understand that every client is unique and each have different needs, therefore I utilize an integrative approach drawing from various therapeutic methodologies including emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to meet you wherever you are. Whatever the issue may be, I will provide you with tools and strategies to achieve your goals. I work with teens 17+, adults ,and couples, and my specialties include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational distress. In couples therapy, I incorporate Gottman methodology, a scientifically based method which helps couples break through barriers to achieve greater understanding, connection and intimacy in their relationship. I am also an AAMFT approved supervisor and LCMHC Qualified supervisor, accepting LMFTA and LCMHCA provisionally licensed therapist for supervision. I bring warmth, compassion and commitment to each session and I look forward to working with you! Let's make this year, your best year! I have immediate avaliability, feel free to reach out!
