Clinical bio
Finding the right therapist can feel like a big step, especially when you’re already feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. My goal is to make that step feel a little easier by creating a space where you can show up as you are, speak openly, and feel genuinely heard and understood. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, major life transitions, and the challenges that can come with personal growth. Therapy can be an opportunity to make sense of what you’re experiencing and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you from feeling like yourself. My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches help us explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we can build practical skills, focus on what matters most, and work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. You’ll have space to explore your experiences without judgment, while receiving thoughtful guidance to support your growth. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and feel equipped to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
