Clinical bio
I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel both deeply understood and gently challenged. Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to understand themselves, reading books, constantly trying to "fix" themselves, listening to podcasts, or even attending therapy, yet still find themselves repeating the same painful patterns. Insight is important, but insight alone doesn't always create change. My goal is to help you bridge that gap. I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, emotional highs and lows, trauma, ADHD, overthinking, identity exploration, and longstanding relational patterns. Whether you're feeling stuck in conflict, struggling to trust yourself or your partner, healing from infidelity, or carrying wounds from past relationships, we'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface and create lasting emotional and relational change. My approach is relational, experiential, somatic, and trauma-informed. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I help clients understand how their nervous system, emotions, and past experiences shape the way they relate to themselves and others. Together, we'll move beyond simply understanding your patterns and begin creating new ones that feel more authentic, secure, and aligned with the life you want to build. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and direct. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable while also feeling supported to challenge the patterns that no longer serve you. I believe healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with the version of yourself that has always been there beneath the pain, fear, and self doubt. Whether you're seeking therapy as an individual or as a couple, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you build healthier relationships, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create the life you want to live.
