Clinical bio
Kyla Harvey, MSW, LCSWA Clinical Therapist | Founder of Concrete Rose Counseling & Coaching Kyla Harvey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and the founder of Concrete Rose Counseling & Coaching, where healing takes root. She is passionate about helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and identity. Kyla approaches therapy through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She understands that healing is not always linear and believes that meaningful growth begins with self-awareness, connection, and the courage to embrace change. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Kyla tailors the therapeutic experience to each client's unique needs, experiences, and goals. Her therapeutic style is warm, authentic, collaborative, and gently challenging. She believes therapy is more than managing symptoms; it is an opportunity to process past experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, establish healthy boundaries, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence and purpose. At Concrete Rose Counseling & Coaching, Kyla's mission is to help individuals recognize their resilience, reclaim their voice, and cultivate lasting emotional wellness.
