Boyce Smith is the Director of Clinical Operations at Sana Counseling and an experienced clinician providing both individual and group therapy. He holds a Master of Arts degree and is credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). In his leadership role, Boyce oversees clinical supervision, licensure support, and compliance-related functions across the practice. He works closely with clinicians to support professional development, ensure quality of care, and maintain strong clinical operations throughout Sana Counseling’s programs. Clinically, Boyce works with adults navigating substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, anger management, ADHD/ADD, grief, and co-occurring mental health concerns. His approach is collaborative and grounded, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. Boyce is also deeply involved in mentoring and supervising clinicians, bringing a steady, thoughtful presence to both his clinical and leadership work.
