I'm a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate intern with Synergy eTherapy, working under clinical supervision. I offer affordable telehealth counseling for adults and couples in Florida, South Carolina, Iowa, and Utah. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, EFT, SFBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build on their strengths and make meaningful changes.
