I am a is a trauma‑informed, person‑centered clinician dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I hold an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and am certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. My counseling approach integrates CBT and IFS with compassionate, culturally responsive care, prioritizing a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and respect. I also offer EMDR to help support clients process and heal from trauma related experiences. Originally from South Carolina, I am the spouse of a U.S. Army Veteran and mother of four. My values align with accountability, service, and supporting others in reaching their goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, outdoor adventures, gardening, sports, and music.
