If you’ve ever left a therapy session feeling unheard, misunderstood, or like the therapist’s perspective simply didn’t align with your values, you’re not alone. Finding the right therapeutic fit matters—and if those experiences have made you hesitant to try again, I understand. My approach to therapy lives a little outside the traditional mold. I’m passionate about creating a space where people who often feel like outsiders—whether you’re neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, exploring nontraditional relationships, questioning faith, or simply feel a bit different from the norm—can feel seen, respected, and understood. I work with a wide range of experiences and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating religious trauma or faith transitions, people exploring ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, neurodivergent individuals, kink-allied and sex-positive clients, and those who struggle feeling safe in this political climate and society at large. Choosing to be vulnerable and working through mental health challenges are hard as hell; I want to make it easier. I am going to take your lead, and we are going to go at your pace as we venture into unknown territory. I will listen. I won’t judge. I will not tell you what to do or how to do it. I will help you develop a plan that you agree with.
